The Stortford Music Festival is a two day music festival in May and the site is used to promote the event and provide information about the festival and performers.
This responsive design scales to fit whatever size screen it is displayed on - desktop monitor, tablet or mobile phone.
A backend database is used to provide performer profiles and stage schedules, all of which can be maintained via a content management system.

This Wordpress site was established at short notice to support a campaign against a gravel quarry in Bengeo, Hertford.
The campaign's active members were familiar with Wordpress, making it an obvious choice as a publishing platform.

Hertford Theatre Week is an annual week long festival that features six productions over six evenings, from visiting groups and companies. It is an adjudicated competition that concludes with the presentation of awards for various aspects of the week's productions, The winner is eligible for the annual All Winner's Festival, run by the National Operatic & Dramatic Association.
The site provides information for both theatregoers and entrants and covers the current festival as well as previous years.
Much of the site is database driven and includes information on the current year's programme, adjudicator and awards. Information is provided for groups or companies who want to enter forthcoming festivals. This includes a download section and information about staging productions at the festival's venue.
We were approached by Ware Operatic to design and build a website to replace their existing Wordpress based site.
The site features ten pages and includes a production database, news section and members' area, together with a content management system that allows the site to be updated.
The production database details all the society's productions since 1969, with slideshow galleries of the last ten years productions.
The content management system allows editors to add and edit stories using a formatted text editor, as well a uploading and adding imagery. Items can be designation for either for public or members' only.
The basic content includes an About Us page, auditions page, links and Contact Us. There are also call to action items on the home page, with links to book tickets, hwo to join the society and sign up for the mailing list.
Elstree & Borehamwood Museum's website is a twelve page site featuring a content management system. This allows the museum's staff to maintain the text on each page as well as uploading newsletters and images.
The home and collections page feature slideshows of items from the museums collection, with the latter also featuring panels for each collection in the museum.
There is also a merchandise page allowing people to pay via Paypal, using either their Paypal account or credit/vebit card.
The Oral History section gives access to recorded histories, allowing visitors to select various topics.
A responsive website for musicians Schrödinger's Strings, features profiles and biographies for the band, audio and visual media, past and future gig listings and testimonials.
There is a backend content management system that allows the band to update the content.
Many of the pages feature black and white background wallpapers of the band.
A ten page website providing information on the annual three week music festival.
There are pages for bookend events of Rock At The Castle and the Musical Mystery Tour, as well as a gallery, information for sponsors, news and a contact page. There are also pages providing information about the performers and venues taking part in the festival.

The site dates back to 1998 and features a wide range of information about the town, local issues, history and events. The site and content are managed exclusiuvely by Brass Tacks.

This is a frequently updated Responsive Layout website featuring horizontal navigation. The site includes database driven elements such as awhat's on listing, business directory and forum.
Also featured are a search box and contact form.
Website of a local theatre company featuring information about the society and it's history as well as a wealth of information about productions, including photo galleries, reviews, and cast and crew lists.
The site also features a password-protected members area (or extranet) that provides news and information specifically aimed at members. This includes a calendar where people can register for Front Of House roles for individual productions

This was a design and build project based on an existing backend and CMS. This required reverse engineering the existing code that generated web pages on the fly and putting in place new pages that directly accessed the content database.
The simple design uses the Society's house colours and typefaces, with important information repeated in a sidebar on each page.

The primary calls to action are the panels detailing the nexct three prodfuctions and the box office details shown on every page.

This project was a build only website for Essaimage Associates.
The site was designed by Ben Warren of Cascade Studios and features tabbed pages, slideshows, scrolling testimonials and audio players. The client was keen that the site should work on desktop systems as well as Android and iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads. Therefore the use of plugins was kept to a minimum and browser detection used to determine how to present media.

To complay with The Companies Act 2006 the footer includes the company's registration number and registered address, despite the fact that the business does not actually have any premises.

The backend Content Management System allows the text on each page to be edited and the gallery images to be maintained.
The CMS also features an image resizing function that downscales larger images when uploaded. Thumbnails are also created automatically.

The site was designed by Beatiger and features sidepanels and a fixed full window background image. The site is database driven with a custom CMS back-end, allowing the client to edit the text of the web pages, as well as adding new team members.
This project was a build only website for the Hertfordshire Asociation Of Museums, part of Hertfordshire County Council.
The site was designed by Amber Design & Marketing and features expanding text blocks ad a slideshow on the home page. The museum pages are database driven and feature a map with tacks showing the locations of each map. The bespoke back-end allows the client to edit the text on the home page and details of the featured museums.

The site features a selection of Alexandra's drawings, prints and ceramics, presented in a minimal but stylish design as specified by the artist.
